For over 100 years, the Green Grocer of Fine Foods has been serving communities across Metro Detroit bringing fresh fruits and vegetables to your door.

The business began on Grand Boulevard with Guiseppe Lucido, the original Green Grocer, providing customers with fresh produce from a pushcart. Later, the business evolved as new technology developed. He began selling produce from a Model-T. Eventually, his son, Anthony Lucido took over the business and expanded into the Grosse Pointe area and other local communities. Today, the business is run by Joe Lucido, Guiseppeis grandson and remains committed to providing quality service and fresh produce while continuing to support local farmers.

The Green Grocer offers over 90 different varieties of produce including organic items. He also provides grocery items such as bread, farm fresh eggs, olive oil, herbs, spices, juice, and bottled water. The groceries are boxed and delivered right to you door step.
