• Coordinate & schedule all subcontractors for each phase of work required
• Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and handling of all deliveries
• Conduct regularly-scheduled Owner project meetings and generate meeting minutes
• Conduct regularly-scheduled subcontractor meetings and generate meeting minutes
• Process all project submittal and shop drawings
• Coordinate all supplier and Owner-provided materials
• Monitor and maintain quality control
• Install and maintain all necessary general condition items
• Provide ongoing job site clean-up
• Implement a comprehensive job site safety program

• Prepare and distribute a punch list for the project
• Oversee the timely completion of all punch list items
• Prepare a project manual that includes all warranty and maintenance information
• Coordinate the instruction and use of all new equipment and systems
• Obtain final "full unconditional waivers of lien" from all subcontractors and suppliers
