The Knitting Room is a local yarn store that has been in downtown Birmingham for 28 years. Over the years, the mission of the knitting room has never wavered: Have a great yarn selection, be a fun place to come and visit, provide exceptional service, and educate our knitters. We feel that our store is a valuable resource providing honest, intelligent and experienced advise, a stimulating environment, and lots of samples to touch. We offer a wide selection of knitting products from yarns to books and patterns to needles and notions. We also teach numerous classes and host some fun special events.
