Tony’s journey with Froggy's began in 1989 when he started as a busboy, quickly rising through the ranks to become a waiter and eventually managing the bakery. In 2015, he seized the opportunity to purchase the bakery, turning his passion for quality ingredients and artisanal baking into what is now Gourmet Frog.

Tony takes pride in creating goods free from artificial ingredients, with all his fruit purees made from real, fresh fruit. He also sources many of his ingredients directly from Europe, ensuring the highest quality for his customers.

Gourmet Frog remains a family-owned and operated business, where Tony’s commitment to craftsmanship and tradition continues to delight the community of Highwood and beyond.

After working at a French bakery for several years, I developed a deep passion for baking and a strong connection with our customers. When the opportunity arose to purchase the business, I decided to take a leap of faith and bought it. Now, as the owner, I continue to share my love for baking with the community by adding Mexican favorites to our traditional French offerings, creating a unique and
delightful fusion of flavors.
