About Us

The original concept of Bagel Bagel Café was founded by John Stout in 1991 in Tallahassee, Florida. The name is derived from the idea of “A Place So Nice We Named it Twice” offering freshly made-to-order meals prepared with the highest quality ingredients and served with a friendly smile each and every time.

The chain began to expand across the US, as did the menu, introducing the signature sandwiches we still serve today known as the “Wine & Cheese”, the “RBCC” and the “Florida Club”.

The Bagel Bagel restaurants were later purchased by the Winsteads, and the original Bagel Bagel Café evolved into the B2 Café franchise, providing an eclectic collection of customer favorites and the same quality ingredients. We offer everything from bagel melts and breakfast wraps, to salads, soups, specialty dishes and desserts, and all received with excellent service at an incredible value.
