Our best slab of St. Louis style ribs, dry rubbed and slow cooked in our ovens for hours, basted with handmade BBQ sauce and served with fries, fresh slaw and a warm dinner roll. For a lighter meal we also offer a 1/2 slab for your enjoyment.
